AIVA is an AI-powered interior design and layout generation platform. We provide tools to generate, edit, and export 2D and 3D architectural representations. Our services are subject to continuous updates and improvements, which may occur without prior notice.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You retain all rights to the dimensions, blueprints, photos, and parameters you upload to AIVA. By generating layouts using our AI engine, you grant AIVA a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of returning the requested output to you. You agree to use AIVA only for lawful purposes.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading content you don't have the rights to upload.
• Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or usage quotas.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or reselling the service without authorization.
• Using the service to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

AIVA and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by us and our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you, except for the limited rights expressly granted here.

7. Third-Party Services

Certain features rely on third-party providers (e.g. Google sign-in, AI generation providers). Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider's own terms.

8. Service Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

While AIVA strives for ergonomic and architectural accuracy, our generated layouts are intended as starting points and conceptual guides. We are not liable for any structural, regulatory, or safety oversights that arise from relying solely on our generated assets without professional architectural verification.

11. Disclaimers

AI-generated outputs (layouts, furniture suggestions, 3D models) may contain inaccuracies. We make no warranty that generated content is fit for any particular purpose, including structural or regulatory compliance.

We may update the service or these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you.
