Every room you design in AIVA opens in the same editor in two views: a precise 2D floor plan, and a 3D view of that exact layout. Edits in one are reflected in the other.
2D floor plan
A top-down view with walls, doors, windows and furniture. This is where you place and measure everything — it's the source of truth for the layout.
3D view
The same layout rendered in 3D, so you can check how furniture reads at eye level before committing to a plan.
Loads only when you need it
The 3D engine is a separate bundle that only downloads when you switch to 3D view — the 2D editor doesn't wait on it.
Works without 3D support
If your browser or device can't run 3D graphics, AIVA tells you and keeps the 2D plan fully usable — nothing about the room editor depends on 3D rendering.
